Hallee Schadt

Originally from Iowa and now proud to call Florida home, Hallee brings a fresh perspective, genuine enthusiasm, and a strong passion for helping people to her career in real estate. Becoming a real estate professional has been a longtime dream for Hallee, and she is excited to now turn that dream into a career focused on service, relationships, and helping others achieve their goals. As a newly licensed agent with MB&A Group powered by LPT Realty, she is committed to learning, growing, and providing buyers, sellers, and investors with a positive and informed real estate experience from start to finish. Hallee believes real estate is about much more than simply buying or selling property. It is about understanding each client’s needs, building trust, creating genuine connections, and being a dependable resource throughout one of life’s biggest decisions. Whether someone is searching for their first home, preparing to sell, relocating to Florida, or exploring investment opportunities, Hallee is passionate about helping clients feel confident and supported every step of the way. Her own move from Iowa to Florida also gives her a personal appreciation for the excitement that comes with starting a new chapter in a new place. She understands how meaningful it is to find not just a property, but a community and lifestyle that truly feels like home. Outside of real estate, Hallee loves spending time at the beach, soaking up the Florida sunshine, and enjoying everything the Sunshine State has to offer. She is especially excited to continue building her knowledge of the real estate industry, develop lasting relationships throughout the community, and eventually expand her own journey into real estate investing. With an approachable personality, a strong desire to serve others, and the support and resources of MB&A Group behind her, Hallee is ready to help clients navigate their next move with care, enthusiasm, and confidence.
