For the past 20 years, I have held a broker's license and navigated the many highs and lows of the Florida real estate market. My roots, however, are in construction, which provided me with a strong foundation and understanding of the properties I now help others buy and sell. Over the years, I have developed extensive experience in negotiating deals across a wide range of scenarios. From guiding first-time homebuyers through the process—securing seller concessions when needed—to assisting seasoned investors in maximizing returns on their real estate investments, I've seen it all. I've also had the privilege of working with foreign buyers searching for their perfect vacation homes and collaborating with developers to assemble plots of land for new projects. With a large family presence in the Central Florida area, I take great pride in my ability to get every deal successfully from contract to close.
